Site Requirements and Access

Before installation begins, the customer must ensure:

• A suitable, level, and prepared base is ready for the cabin.

• Clear access for our delivery and installation teams to reach the site safely.

If our team arrives and the base is not suitable or access is restricted, a 50% installation charge plus travel expenses will apply. This covers the time and resources allocated for your booking.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your installation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

In the event of adverse weather or circumstances beyond your control, we will rearrange the installation at the earliest possible date at no additional cost.

Warranty and Aftercare

All cabins installed by Quality Log Cabins Ltd include a 12-month installation warranty, provided that aftercare guidelines are followed. This warranty covers workmanship and structure only.

Please note that:

• Wear and tear, weather damage, and customer modifications are not covered.

• Cabins installed by the customer or third-party installers are not covered under warranty.

To maintain your cabin, apply timber treatment after installation and follow the care instructions supplied. Proper aftercare is essential to preserve your warranty and extend the life of your building.

DIY or Installed, You Decide

All our log cabins are designed for simple self-assembly, with detailed instructions included. However, if you prefer to save time or avoid the physical work, our professional installation service is available nationwide.
