How It Started

Dan had spent years working within the log cabin and garden building industry. As a trained product designer and as a carpenter Dan has a unique set of skills required to design & install excellent log cabins!

Charlotte came from a marketing and business growth background, building brands and helping companies position themselves clearly and confidently in competitive markets.

Dan and Charlotte worked together in lockdown, which is how they met. They enjoyed collaborating and kept in touch for many years.

When Dan approached Charlotte with several business ideas she turned her nose up, until she spotted one called The Work Shop Way. Dan had built an extensive catalogue of workshop tools & garden tools, as well as log cabins. When Charlotte saw she suggested doing one thing and doing it exceptionally well! So un-did all of Dans procurement efforts, stripping everything back to cabins, customisations and installations.

The Workshop Way, was rebranded as Quality Log Cabins 

The focus is on QUALITY. The clue is in the name. Quality products and quality service.

Quality Log Cabins was created. Two friends on a mission to build an excellent business with excellent standards. The business soft launched at the back end of 2025 and in 2026 we plan to begin advertising and beginning to make our mark.

We believe outdoor spaces are becoming an extension of the home: offices, gyms, studios, retreats. And those spaces deserve to be built properly.
